Matt combines hands-on construction knowledge with strategic project leadership to deliver efficient, well-coordinated outcomes.

Macgregor discovered his passion for building and design while studying at RMIT. By the time WB BUILT was established, he had already spent sixteen years working with some of Victoria’s leading construction companies. He has built a strong reputation among colleagues for his attention to detail and his ability to work well with people.
​
He is highly experienced in managing the full life cycle of building projects, from concept and design development through cost planning, budgeting, programming, delivery, and post-construction. He has managed more than twenty large-scale projects ranging in value from $5 million to $50 million, consistently delivering them on time and within budget.
​
As a project manager, he has worked on large-scale developments from $10 million to $40 million+. During his time as a senior project manager, he completed projects ranging in value from $5 million to $50 million. He has also managed multiple fit-outs and hospitality projects.
Macgregor is licensed by the Victorian Building Authority as a Commercial Builder (Unlimited).
